iOS 11, Apple Watch and Mail

Has anyone else started getting their junk mail showing up under notifications on their Apple Watch since updating the iPhone to iOS 11? I’ve not updated the Watch to WatchOS 4.

It’s only set to sync the inbox in the Watch app.

Mail.app is a mess for me in iOS 11 in general. No option on the phone for showing mail notifications in the notification centre as I want it to. I feel like I don't get notifications neither on my phone or on my watch half the time and I get junk notifications at random just like you. And my work account keeps asking for the damn password every hour for no apparent reason..

Mail is fine for me, apart from that. I get my normal mail notifications as normal, it’s just on the Watch that is getting junk as well.
