iOS 11 installer for iPhone 4 and 6 appeared in manage storage

I was looking at the manage storage option on MacOS and the attached was showing. First time I have seen it. Is it an error, is it safe to delete. Im using and iPhone X

it's safe to delete. I have in the past (downloaded over the air but updated via iTunes). Nothing bad happened.
