Resolved iOS 11, iPhoto, & iPad Pro

Hello,

I have updated my iOS devices to iOS 11. My iPhone 7 is fine, but my iPad Pro will not update any iCloud photos. My iPhone updated all the photos. Anyone else experiencing this issue? if so, any fix out there? I have done everything but reinstall.
