3 separate iOS 11 updates now and each time my music resets to about 2 years ago, each time I have to spend nearly a whole day re downloading my music. What on earth is going on? I feel like a don’t want to update my phone again?

It's switching iCloud Music Library off every time I update, any way to stop it doing this? I've created a smart playlist on my iTunes so all my music is on it, makes it easier to re download once it happens but still time consuming
