Edit: Okay I figured it out. Apparently you can scroll up on each photo to reveal any recognize faces and go from there. Also an unwanted face can be 3D-Touched to remove it.

Photos in iOS11 only listed 10 people faces, and some of them are bystanders. Anybody have any idea how to add faces?

Only method I've found is to go into an individual photo with a face you want to add, scroll down, and hope that there's an unnamed square for the person's face, tap it, and add a name. It's weird they got rid of the 'add faces' at the bottom of the iOS faces album imo.
