iPhone Ios 11 Twitter post sound doesn’t work!

Hi so I have news apps that i read and then post links to my twitter account.

For whatever reason the twitter bird chirping sound doesn’t activate whenever i post a tweet via a third party app.

This is in ios 11. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks
