iOS 11 with Apple Watch

Since installing iOS 11 on my iPhone 7+ my Apple Watch running watchOS 3 all of my junk mail from my gmail is going to my Apple Watch (as in getting notifications). Has anyone else expirenced this?

Probably a bug,the present version of iOS 11 is an early beta,so there are probably lots of errors in it.
