iOS 12.0.1 AirDrop Issue

Hello friends, is anyone having an issue with AirDrop where the Control Center shows "AirDrop: Contacts Only" and Settings > General > AirDrop shows "Receiving Off"? I tried to change it to "Contacts Only" and it reverts back to "Receiving Off". I am able to reproduce this issue on both iPhone 8 Plus and iPad Pro 10.5.

Anyone?

I'm having issues with Airdrop. I simply can not turn it on no matter what I try. I do not even have Airdrop listed in Settings > General.
