So I'm not sure if this happened with 12.1.1 or when I upgraded so I thought I would see what you all think.

Monday I go buy an XS Max 256. I bring it home and restore the backup. Come Tuesday and Wednesday I get almost no notifications. The only ones that work are messages, missed calls, podcasts and facebook. My DraftKings no longer works. The Venture card no longer alerts me to each and every purchase. My emails don't alert me. DarkSky weather app used to send me a daily update for that days weather...no longer.

Ive checked app settings. I've turned off then on notifications and done a soft reset. I've turned them off and done the soft reset then turned them on. Finally gave up and did a fully backup and restore. Same problem.

I work for AT&T retail so I was very busy Tuesday and have no idea whether or not they were working, but they sure weren't yesterday. Talked to apple support for 45 minutes over chat and then another hour with a Tier 2 specialist. I tried one more time tonight to wipe and restore before having to exchange the phone (which apple is advising me to do) and still nothing. Is this a glitch, and software bug that will be addressed, local to only the Max or having an impact on others after 12.1.1. Thoughts?

I am having same issue since I’ve updated my iPhone XS Max to iOS12.1.1 Notifications are working well when I switch to wifi but in cellular, it’s even not possible to use iMessage and FaceTime

Oh I can use everything I just get zero notifications at all.

I know it’s a pain but uninstall 1 of the apps that’s not getting notification, reboot phone and install it again and setup notifications and see
