iOS 12.1.1 pb 2 search issue

hi,
I can’t search anything in iOS : spotlight, notes, messages, mail, settings etc...
upgrading today to pb 3 didn’t help.
Changing region and language, turning off and on Siri search didn’t help either.

Any suggestions ?
Please help
