IOS 12, 11 or 10 for Ipad 3rd gen

Is is possible to force upgrade to ISO10 or higher for a 3rd gen iPad.

I got it to be the home server for HomeKit, but only now realise it doesn't work without IOS10 or higher.

You can’t get IOS 10 on iPad 3gen


The last IOS update for iPad 3 is 9.3.5.
