My mother is using my old cellular iPad Air; it is not on a cellular plan and only used with WiFi.
Even with the cellular switch off, it always says "No Service" on the top left when it is locked. If you remove the SIM card, it says "No SIM". In iOS 11 and older, it would only say these things when the cellular data switch was on.
Is there a way to get rid of this?
