iOS 13.1.3 Keyboard loads slowly and freezes

Hi,

Since upgrading my iOS on my iPhone 8 and choosing dark mode, my keyboard is slow to load and freezes when shifting between alphanumeric, emojis, etc. It's not much better on light mode. Does anyone else have this issue, is this a bug?
