iOS 13.1.3 phone chirps when message received on silent mode

Hi,

I have recently upgraded my iOS. Once I did this, I started to receive a subtle chirp from my phone intermittently when I receive a message. The phone is not on silent but I have always had the text on vibrate only. Has anyone else had this?
