iPhone iOS 13.1.3 update = 11 Pro brick

Set the update to install overnight (on the charger). Wake up to a complete brick. Doesn't power on. Won't enter DFU. Sat on a charger again for over an hour. Nothing.

Anybody else having this issue?
 
Update:

Apparently the phone felt like turning itself back on. It's been sitting on my desk in front of me at work and it just turned itself back on. Haven't touched it for over an hour.
