iPhone IOS 13.2 Podcast issue

My iPhone 6s got updated to 13.2 overnight. I sync my podcast every morning from my mbp. I saw several new podcast episode sync, however, I can't find them on my podcast app. I also found out the podcast app deleted my old not yet listened podcast. :mad: Do anyone experience similar issue?
 
I noticed my podcast episodes cut off on November 1 2018. All podcast prior to that date is removed from my iPhone podcast app. :mad:.
