Hi,

I installed iOS 13.2. I noticed on my iPad Pro that if I minimize Safari and go back in, it refreshes all the pages that were loaded up.

Is anyone noticing this too?

I just experienced Overcast not being able to resume playback after pausing and then launching another app (I don't remember what the other app was.)

Just ran into this issue on my iPad Pro 3rd gen 12”. Never saw this before this morning. If I load tabs in Safari and go from one to the other, no problem. If I leave Safari to go to another app and then return each tab will have to reload. Have never seen this. I did a forced reboot of the device and that corrected it. For a few hours but now it’s back again.

I have the opposite issue - it takes me several manual refreshes to bring up the current site that I left on Safari when I left the phone for a while or overnight.

Also using the Webview on apps like Twitter or Apollo, it kills the whole page just by staying on it for too long and refreshes it.
