iPhone iOS 13.3 compatible with itunes 12.6.5.3 and High Sierra?

So i havent updated my iPhone Xs on iOS 12 yet, and if i update now it will be on iOS 13.3 as far as i have understood.
My MacBook Pro has High Sierra and iTunes 12.6.5.3.

So will an iphone Xs with iOS 13.3 work with itunes 12.6.5.3 and High Sierra? I want to keep itunes 12.6.5.3 since its the last version of iTunes that has app management.

Will this work, or do i have to update to a newer version of iTunes, or maybe even need to update the MacOS High Sierra to a newer MacOS?
