IOS 13.4 Emoji

I’m a bit confused on how to access the new emojis that were supposed to come with the new update.
can some please send me detailed instructions on how to Do so.
i have successfully updated to 13.4

They're new Memoji stickers. If you haven't set it up yet, do the following:

1. Open Messages and tap the Compose button to start a new message. Or go to an existing conversation.
2. Tap the Animoji button icon, then swipe right and tap the New Memoji add new memoji button.
3. Customize the features of your memoji — like skintone, hairstyle, eyes, and more.
Tap Done.

These are the newly added stickers:

The expressions will show up on whatever your personal Memoji looks like.
