iPhone iOS 13 app crashing issues

Hello all. I am on the latest iOS version (13.1.2) on iPhone XS Max. I am having almost every app randomly crash when in use. The worst is actually 1 Password where I cannot get it to pop open when trying to log into a app. Anyone else having this issue? Just curios and also curious about any fixes if anyone knows of some.

I’ve had a couple issues where I’ve had to internal l uninstall apps and reinstall. ESPN just had a white screen, and then Twitter would freeze if I followed Google Drive links.
