iPhone iOS 13 DB 4 Suddenly App Store crashing after opening

The store was all fine and dandy after yesterday’s dev beta 4 update. But all of a sudden, it is crashing on opening. I tried closing the App Store, waiting 30 secs and rebooting my iPhone X. But it is just crashing. Anyone affected?
