iPhone iOS 13 Hey Siri on Car Bluetooth

Lots of issues I see with iOS 13 and car bluetooth. My issues have been Siri keeps telling me I need to unlock iPhone before it will process my Hey Siri command.

And, when I say Hey Siri "message ****" there is a long delay before it asks "what do you want to say"

Haven't seen these specific issues mentioned.

Never had any issues on any updates until iOS 13.

I did unpair and re-pair iphone X several times. Rebooted iPhone also.

Anyone with these specific issues and any fixes---
