All Devices iOS 13, iPadOS and Catalina bug

Hi, I’m using my MacBook, iPad Pro and iPhone X and stupid as I am I installed the betas on all three devices. Since the first public beta releases, I’ve noticed that my apple notes don’t sync with each other nor do my reminders.

when I add a note , make changes on my Mac it does not synch to my other devices and vice versa.
Any thoughts ? I also noticed that my photo iCloud library shows one or two media images less in the total count vs on my other devices.

It does appear to be slower on iOS 13.
Hitting Enter or selecting another note from the side-bar worked for me.
