Hello!
A couple of years ago I took on the public beta of, I think iOS 10. Once the final version was released to the public in the September, i couldnt seem to escape the public beta updates thereafter. And because I didnt backup prior to the applying for the beta, i was screwed.

Now I wish to jump on the public beta bandwaggon again however, will I be able to use a backup to the cloud as the backup when I want to come off the public beta, or do I have to have an iTunes backup. I dont even own a computer to do this.

You can do an icloud backup but if you leave icloud backup on after going to 13 it will over write your older backup and you will only be able to stay on 13. I would do an iTunes backup since it stays on your computer and never goes away as long as you do not delete it.
