IOS 14.1 Connectivity Issues

Already updated IOS 14.0.1 which has not done anything to fix the connectivity issues (Wifi and Data).
What’s taking Apple so long to announce a real fix? The only thing that helps is constantly restarting my iPhone - and it doesn’t help for long.
