iOS 14.2 MMS error, can not send short videos

Since iOS 14.2 I'm getting an error message saying the media can not be sent and that I need to turn on MMS but it's on.
This is only happening if I'm sharing photos and videos in the Messages app and seems to only be happening when I send photos or short videos to people who don't have iphones.
I did reset the network in Settings>General>Reset but that doesn't help.
Any ideas?

I’m having the same issue. I presume its a bug with ios14.2 dev release. Hopefully they will address this in the next update
