Hi. I've just switched from Galaxy S9 to iPhone 12 and got some annoying "issues" I would like to ask You guys about:

  1. Facebook app, marketplace. When offer is open in marketplace see what happens on upper left and right corners (att 1). Is it just mine problem or common issue?
  2. Sharing content to Messenger app. I've noticed that nothing is sent (Chrome browser links, tried Safari and it's the same). Have someone noticed the same problem?
  3. MMS send and receive. Is it normal that I have to turn on mobile data to send or receive MMS? (not iMessage). On Android phone it was always automatic - data transfer was on and off when needed. My carrier is the same - I've noticed that there are no MMS settings visible on mobile data networks settings (even after reseting them).

MMS messaging uses data, so a data connection would need to be available for that.

Iphone 11 pro 14.3 I can confirm all of the bugs. Annoying

Yes. It works different on Android (S9) - I was able to receive MMS without data ON. Message app was downloading it automatically. Same thing with sending - data was switching ON when needed to send MMS.

BTW Sorry for my English if it's not precise.

MMS uses data. Perhaps Android can switch it on when needed and leave it off otherwise if there's some option that is provided for something like that, but that would indeed make it a different feature that is made available rather than a bug if that feature isn't available.
