iPhone 11 Pro iOS 14.3, reminders app, iCloud

In reminders app when I share a list , a second reminders app show up in iCloud settings and then in total there are 2 reminder apps to toggle on/off in my iCloud settings for iPhone 11 pro.

Please help.
