iOS 14.4-14.5 Mute Bug? Anybody else?

I’ll be on a work call and the screen flashes, then the orange icon appears and audio goes through despite mute being on.

Is anybody else experiencing this?

Definitely caused a few awkward moments at work already - little sister background noise, chowing down food, etc.
