iOS 14.6 frequently disables WiFi calling and messages on other devices

All,

I have noticed on a friend's and my devices that WiFi calling gets disabled and FaceTime/iMessage signs you out of your iCloud account. The fix is to hit the sign in using iCloud account button do get all your devices using wifi calling and massages. Anyone else seen this? I'm doing a DFU restore to see if that fixes it.
