iOS 14 Beta: Can’t Access Game Center

Either from the settings menu or through the App Store - just shows a black screen with a spinning circle.

I’ve powered off the device to no avail. I have 2 iPhones with iOS 14 beta and it only does it on one phone only.

Any clue how to fix this with the one phone? Network reset???
