iOS 14 Files Questions

For those of you using iOS 14 I have a question or two.

On iPadOS current I don't have the option in the Files app to remove the local file and keep it on iCloud as I do on the mac. Does iOS14 give me this feature?

What's the. current rumor for a release of iOS 14?

Something like this was in the iOS13 betas, never made it to the final version and I don’t think it will come back. It was the ability to pin files, though I can’t remember whether unpinning would remove the downloads.
