iOS 14 iCloud Backups

It's just a tip, I recommend you to backup your iPhone/iPad using a computer, not iCloud. I had a problem with my iPhone, so I had to restore it and when I tried to install my iCloud backup I couldn't. My backup had 0kb, and I lost all my data. I think that's a beta issue, so if you're in iOS 14, I recommend you to backup using a computer.
