guys - IOS 15 Siri shortcuts - how do I make phone siri shortcuts available on the watch too?

Hit the little icon in the top right (looks like three horizontal lines in a blue circle with slider handles, beside the “X”) and there will be an option to “Show On Apple Watch.”

This stopped working for me and all my shortcuts disappeared from the watch. Anything else I can try and is there any other option I need to select in settings. Thanks
