So I posted a bit of a rant here last weekend about iOS 16. I got a lot of feedback and I thought I should follow up since I was so harsh.
I probably should have taken the advice of the very first reply and got on the RC, because 16.1 fixed just about everything. Siri spotlight app suggestions still don't show up reliably, but another poster suggested the widget which was another great idea, so I now just use that.
So thank you to the Macrumors community, and if anyone is still on 15 waiting to see, I think 16.1 is probably a good one to go for. I am looking forward to the whiteboard in 16.2 but it seems like that one is another ambitious release that there will probably be a 16.2.1 for.
