Hey Everyone,
I'm having a huge issue which is driving me nuts. Whenever I'm getting a call and it is displayed correctly, showing the number / or name in my contacts. But if I miss a call it shows up in the call recent call lists they appear as group calls with random contacts from my contact list.
It is the oddest thing and driving me crazy. I have updated to the latest update and never used beta software.
All of this started happening when I updated to iOS 16.0 and still hasn't been fixed with the new update.
I have a iPhone 13Pro if that helps narrow it down.

To be honest this makes me lose faith in Apple this $1300 phone is supposed to be doing one thing and thats making calls and displaying them correctly.

edit: I looked everywhere and couldn't find any other case of this issue which is really strange.

You're not the only one having issues with contacts:

iOS 16 while technically not a beta is not being pushed to users via Settings unless you manually choose to install it. It seems Apple has done a sort of soft launch while there are still some bugs to be worked out in these early versions.
