I installed iOS and iPadOS 16.2 on my iPhone 11 and iPad Air 5 yesterday. Since the update I have not been able to access the Apple App Store either to check for app updates or to search for apps.

I’ve checked the Apple Systems Availability and it says all systems are available.

Is anybody else having these issues?

I have the same problem. App Store will launch OK but perform a search & it sits there doing nothing other than showing ‘Loading’ & a spinning wheel.
To check that it’s not a WiFi problem I’ve run Split View with Safari & I can browse the internet no problem. I also signed out & back in but the problem persists.
