iOS 16.4. Bring iPhone to HomePod now AirPlaying from the phone?

I could swear the previous versions it will be play on HomePod instead of AirPlaying from iPhone which now eat up phone battery unnecessarily.

Anyone finds this change annoying? What’s the purpose?

I'm beginning to think this is Apple Music Classical issue rather than iOS update..

Interestingly enough it happens to only Apple Music Classical AND Podcasts, not Apple Music itself. For Apple Music, bring iPhone to HomePod it's HomePod that will play a song.

Looks like a bug. Anyone has this behavior?
