Since updating to 16.4 yesterday I can’t play embedded videos on both safari and chrome. Different sites gives different errors, but most are about “sandbox iframe” “sandbox not allowed” or “sandbox embed”.

I downgraded one of my devices to 16.3 and everything is back to working again. Anybody encountering the same problem?

I wonder if it’s a “security feature“ or a bug

The same thing happens to me, since I have a movie page and my personal phone is an iPhone and can only be seen on Android or Windows. Does anyone know how to correct this problem?

The only current fix is downgrade to 16.3.1

right? Well, I can see it in Brave, but let's hope that there will be a solution soon, let's leave it with the latest update, so use Brave on iOS

How strange, it worked for me, it's that with 16.5

Try the most recent update, I'm checking if you can configure the others in one way to be able to see it well in Safari and in Web Video Caster

oh Raioz I was checking I did some configuration and I don't remember haha let me check well

I don't feel like battling it anymore. 13.3.1 is working on my MB.
I have a feeling it’s a bug not a feature. Maybe they managed to fix it on iOS but forgot it in iPad OS and that’ll be on 16.4.2, hopefully

I fixed it...I gave my iPad to a friend and bought a Galaxy Tab S8

I decided to give another run at it on my phone and deleted Brave then reinstalled and it's back to working again.
