Hi everyone,

iPhone 12 user who recently upgraded to iOS 16.0 but I've found that the battery percentage toggle switch does nothing in the sense that the percentage is always displayed, despite toggling it to off.

Tried rebooting numerous times and still the same.

Have you previously jailbroken your device, installed a battery tweak and restored a backup from then? Or have you enabled battery percentage on an iPod touch 6th generation or earlier and restored a backup?

I have this problem but I know it's a bug caused by my old iPod.

Nope, this is a 1Y old iPhone 12 which has never been Jailbroken or run a beta version of iOS.

Its most def a bug but no idea if its being tracked by Apple.

Can anyone find out?

Same here on my 13 Pro—the worst part is that when I restored by new 14 Pro from my 13 Pro's iCloud backup, this bug now affects my 14 Pro too!

Same thing happened to me. Bug was present on my 13. When transferring over to the 14pro, still there.
