iOS 16 (especially 16.3): Laggy and sticky keyboard + horrid autocorrect

Is anyone else having massive keyboard issues after upgrading to iOS 16.3?

I've had problems on my 14 Pro Max since I got it but 16.3 seems to have taken it way downhill. It seems to be laggy or "sticky" as is a better description for me where I have to hold keys to get them to go). I'm also getting really horrid autocorrect changes that range from incomprehensible to just dumb (trying to change compartmentalize to compartmentalization for no reason). Is this just me?

I don't have the sticky keyboard problem (Oohh errr missus) but autocorrect is absolute ****! It is no better in 16.3 and is the worst it's ever been in a number of years.
