iOS 16 - iMessages not working, anyone else?

I’ve had my iMessage group chat (3 people, all iPhones) completely stop working and when I click it - it freezes my entire phone.

iMessage goes in and out.

The phone app freezes.

Anyone else having issues?

(This is on the iPhone 14 pro max)

I have had the same on my iPhone 14 Pro recently, with Messages (group and single chats), Pokemon Go, Twitter, and a few other apps. If I just lock & unlock my phone, or close the app, it addresses it, but this is happening 2-3 times daily.
