From Wikipedia:
Niqqud is a system of diacritical signs used to represent vowels or distinguish between alternative pronunciations of letters of the Hebrew alphabet.

The new key was added to the Hebrew "123" keyboard. They have shorten the "Space" key and added the "Niqqud" key.
Apparently the new "Niqqud" location is where most users hit the space key. (me included)

While fast typing, instead of pressing Space, that key is accidentality getting pressed, adding "Niqqud" to the previous character.
In case the previous character is a number, the end result will be something like this:

I've been dealing with that annoyance since the beta but was hoping that in the final version that key will be repositioned.

Most users that use the Hebrew keyboard will rarely want to use "Niqqud".
While I understand that there is a necessity for this for some people, I don't understand why Apple decided on that location.
