iOS 16 weather "Cloud Cover" From dark sky for hourly sun

Dark sky has a cloud cover as a percentage. It shows how clear the sky is which is something I use a lot to get some sun.

Does the new weather app in iOS 16 have this?

You also can't go day and see the prediction for rain as a percentage which you can with Dark Sky :(
