Is the overprocessing of pictures still in the beta's? Also do they finally give the option to disable hdr like on the 12 pro max? I have a 14 pro max and hope a lot of the camera issues are fixed

Boy, amen to this. I got the 13 (up from 7) because I read about how fantastic the camera was. Have I been disappointed. The inability to defeat HDR if desired is annoying beyond description. I come from a photography background and, while I will employ HDR when appropriate, being forced to use it constantly has resulted in some pretty inferior photos. Skin tones are a particular suffering point. Why did they do this? Makes no sense. Got into a kerfuffle online with some one who tried to argue that most people would welcome all the time HDR. So what? That’s no reason to *force* us all to use it, especially when (I’m old enough to remember) the feature had been optional. C’mon Apple. Geez.
