iOS 18.1 if based in UK... so what are the new features?

I know AI is being rolled out in the fullness of time, but for me as a UK person, can someone tell me what extra stuff 18.1 brings over and above 18.0.1. So far apart from minor tweaks in e.g. control panel and the new clean up tool in photos... is that it??

You can just change he language on Siri and in general settings to us English and apple ai works

I am in Canada, and for me it works. I am also on 18.2 Beta, and AI features are working.

However, my wife and daughter are on 18.1, and even with Region set to US, and Language is set to English (US), they do not have access to for instance Writing Tools…

I can’t figure out why… Anyone?
