iOS 18.3 Safari Suggestions (suggested search)

In several versions of iOS 18 including 18.3, Safari’s search engine autocomplete has stopped working, even after switching the feature off and on, force quitting the app, restarting the phone, and switching off iCloud sync for Safari. Previously, I fixed this by changing the search engine provider, but that no longer works in 18.3.
Anybody else experiencing the same?

Yes!!! Been looking everywhere online for a solution to this. Only one or 2 suggestions shoe on iPad or iPhone. I annoyingly get previously viewed pages instead. Any news on how to fix this?

Mine intermittently works then doesn't, and wasn't fixed in 18.3.1

No problem for me on my 13 Pro. Are you in private browsing by any chance?

No, but I had content restrictions enabled to limit time wasters and turning that off seemed to fix it!!
Not sure if that’s a feature or a bug…
