After i downloaded ios 18 beta 3, i caint turn on or off dark mode. Anyone else have this issue.

Will it just not let you select Light mode in Display and Brightness or are you just not seeing any changes?
Try turning off Automatic appearance if it is set and restarting the phone. If it is still stuck, you could try creating a new Focus and see if switching Focus modes does anything.
