To the point that I had to take an extra strength Advil or I’d go full migraine mode and start puking.

The eye strain is just too much.

I switched back to iOS 18 tonight and will be staying on it until I switch to Android on my next device.

Apple had design pretty much perfected with the look of iOS. They should have just focused on bugs and perfecting features and user experience.

Even if I wanted to stick with Apple, I can’t any longer. The blurriness strains my eyes too much.

I upgraded tonight and it’s horrible. I have dry eye syndrome and light sensitivity and it’s killing my eyes, giving me headaches and making me nauseous. I already changed all the settings I read that could help. This sucks.

I had those set and they didn't help me. What finally helped was Reduce White Point to 25%.
