Carrier iOS 3rd party Keyboard recommendation please

Avid iPad user here. Being kind of lazy asking this, but why not draw from MR users?
I want a keyboard that I can make my default. It can be similar to the iPhone keyboard held horizontal mode. I want cursor keys, ie arrow keys that move my cursor. I've never gotten fast with holding my finger over and moving the cursor.
I don't want it to do anything else. I just want cursor keys on my iPad.
Is there anything out there that is that simple?
All suggestions will be truly appreciated.
2 requirements.
1. Able to make default
2. Arrow keys, 2 or 4

I guess I'm the only one? I can't believe this isn't a burning issue with the rest of the population here on earth lol.

After additional searching, I found where Jessica Lares told another member that ProType was able to fill my requirements above. Currently 3.99, it does the job. You will find it useful, if you are able to type with the keys much closer together.
